TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING YOUR CV.

Instructions for use:

1. Look at the Website in detail to determine in which category(s) you wish to advertise.

2. Complete and print out the CV detail form. (One form per category)

3. Ensure you sign every form that you wish to submit.

4. DO NOT enclose any photographs or Certificates.

5. Mail registration form(s) with cheque or money order payable to Marine Operations Service & Salvage.

Charges are based on a 12 month registration - no refund will be made if request is withdrawn before the expiry date.

RATES:

Each Listing AUD $100.00 per year

6. Once your payment is cleared, your page will appear on the website. www.marinecrewaustralia.com

7. Your receipt will be mailed with both your customer ID and PIN number(s)

8. DO NOT give the PIN number to anyone else as this is your security for changes to your "availability" field.

10. Annual renewals are to be accompanied with printout from current listing pages with any amendments shown in RED ink.

11. Amendments to each category are free of charge on the ANNUAL renewal.

12. Amendments requested in addition to those at renewal, require the above printout plus payment of AUD$25.00 per customer ID.

13. No Amendments will be made unless a signed sheet is received by mail.

14. MAKE sure the postal address you provide is valid as we will use this address to post you your receipt, Customer ID and Pin numbers.
